Tenant isolation

Every matter, document and vector is keyed to your firm's tenant ID and access-checked on every request. There is no cross-firm search, sharing or aggregation of client files.

Storage and retention

Documents and their extracted text live in your firm's workspace until you delete them; deleting a matter cascades to its documents, chunks and diary entries.

Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded material as subject to advocate-client privilege and confidentiality obligations, and we sign data processing terms with firms that require them.
